A hospital should be well planned for sewage and drainage system And should take permission from the locality.

  1. Fire and Health Licence

Fire license Should be taken from the Municipal Office to prove that if the cause of fire accident there will be no injuries to the human beings and healthcare should be taken to the patients.

  1. Hospital Planning And Infrastructure
  • There should be proper hardware devices setup
  • Doctors and patients records should be maintained
  • Should purchase all Necessary Medical Pieces of equipment
  • There should be necessary staff like engineers plumbers, gas pipeline etc necessary for the emergency purpose.

  • Violence

If the patient made any violence against doctors, nurse and Hospital staff is the offence against the hospital law

  • Discharge

The patients should be discharged within 12 noon to 6 mornings so there will be half day rent charge and patient should be pay bills before leaving the hospital

  • Patient belongings

The hospital is not responsible for patient belongings if there any loss of the patient’s things and they should be properly maintained for the things.
